The Story
Two brothers, one flat-top, and a landlord who thought we were crazy.
Bunhaus started as a twelve-seat kiosk with a secondhand grill and a sauce we argued about for a month.
In the summer of 2021, Fahad and Yousef Al-Rashidi sold a car to buy a flat-top. The first month they served forty burgers a day and ate the mistakes themselves. By month three, the line wrapped past the barber next door — and the barber started taking orders in exchange for fries.
Today there are two shops, one truck, and the same rule from day one: the grinder runs every morning, or the shutter stays down. Nothing on the menu is older than the sunrise.
