Speed with care
Fast is the point, but never at the cost of a cracked box. Careful handling is part of the promise.

The company
Riyadh moves fast, and its parcels should too. We started with three motorbikes and one rule: never make a promise the map can’t keep.
Burak Express launched in 2019 out of a rented garage in Al Malaz. Online stores kept telling us the same thing: the sale was easy, the last mile was the nightmare. Late riders, cash that vanished, and customers calling to ask where their order was. So we designed the opposite — a courier where every parcel is on a map, every rider is scanned in, and every riyal of cash on delivery is reconciled the same day.
Six years on we run 340 riders across 42 Riyadh districts, and the rule has not changed. We would rather quote you an honest two hours than a hopeful thirty minutes we can’t hold. Speed only counts when it’s a speed you can plan around.
90
minutes — the average we hold, door to door.

If it’s in our hands, it’s on the map. No black holes between pickup and doorstep.
Fair routes, fair pay, cooled gear for the summer. Tired riders are slow riders.
A clear price per parcel, no surprise surcharges, and COD settled weekly to the halala.
Burak starts as a same-day courier for a handful of online stores.
We roll out the map every customer now takes for granted.
A priority network for pharmacies, electronics, and time-critical sends.
Same rule, bigger map — 340 riders across 42 Riyadh districts.
