The House

Founded by falconers, for the falcon.

Falcon House began in 1998 as a single mews behind the Doha souq. Today it is a clinic, an academy, and an outfitter — but the wrist still comes first.

The founder learned the sport from his grandfather on the gravel plains west of Doha, long before there were vets who understood a falcon’s crop or a hood cut to the millimetre. What could not be bought, he built; what could not be healed, he taught himself to heal.

Twenty-five seasons on, the house holds a full avian hospital, a training field, and a workshop where every hood is still stitched by hand. We answer to one standard: would we fly our own falcon on it?

What the house holds to

01

The bird before the bill

No falcon leaves in worse shape than it arrived. Emergencies are seen the moment they land — the invoice waits.

02

Old knowledge, new tools

We trust telemetry and the endoscope — and the falconer’s eye that reads a bird from across a field. Neither replaces the other.

03

Kept, not caged

A falcon is a partner, not a pet. Everything we do serves the day it flies free and chooses to return.

04

The sport, passed on

We teach the young the way we were taught — on the wrist, in the dust, one falcon at a time.
