Our Story
Arabic is not a difficult language. It has just been taught badly.
Lughati began with a stubborn belief: that the reason so many give up on Arabic is the teaching, never the tongue.
We spent a decade between us in classrooms watching capable adults quit — beaten not by grammar but by textbooks that treated a living language like a code to be cracked. So we built the school we wished we had been taught in: one tutor, one learner, and a plan that bends to the person in front of it.
Today Lughati is a small, deliberate academy — sixty tutors we chose one by one, thousands of learners in forty countries, and a rule we never break: the Arabic is written first, then the English catches up. Some things only survive in one direction.

We would rather you own thirty words than recognize three hundred you cannot use in a sentence.
