If a screen, battery, or chip does not meet the published number, it does not ship. We would rather cancel an order than send a device we would return ourselves.

About Lumen
Lumen grew out of a repair bench, which is why we still open every box we sell.
In 2013, Faisal Al-Rashed ran a two-metre repair counter in Salmiya, fixing the phones and laptops that big showrooms sold sealed and never looked at again. He kept a notebook of which models failed and why — and customers started asking him what to buy before they bought it.
That notebook is now a testing lab. Every unit Lumen sells is powered on, benchmarked, and checked against its own spec sheet before it ships. We became a store because people trusted the bench more than the showroom.
If a screen, battery, or chip does not meet the published number, it does not ship. We would rather cancel an order than send a device we would return ourselves.
Every price is the price. No inflated “original” struck through, no fee revealed at checkout. What the shelf says is what the invoice says.
Our first answer to a broken device is the bench, not the checkout. We started as fixers and we still fix — cheaper for you, kinder to the pile.
Claims are settled in our store, by the same team that sold you the device. No offshore hotline, no shipping your phone to another country and hoping.

Tell us the use, not just the model — we spec the right device around what you actually do with it.
