Marasi began with a single plot on the Business Bay canal and a stubborn idea: build fewer buildings, and stay long enough to be judged on the resale.
The firm was founded in 2008 by two partners who had spent a decade selling other developers’ towers and grown tired of apologising for handovers that slipped and finishes that did not last. Their answer was a house that would own the whole arc — land, design, build, and the decade after the keys.
Eighteen years later the portfolio is still deliberately small: a few plots at a time, an in-house design studio, and a delivery team that stays on every project until the last snag is closed. The land bank is short because the standard is not.
