Experiential event production
We started in 2015 with two lighting technicians, a rented truck, and one wedding nobody else wanted to touch. It ran on time, ended on a high, and taught us the only lesson that ever mattered: a beautiful room is a well-managed room.
Ten years later the trucks are ours and the crew is forty strong, but the obsession has not moved an inch. We still write the cue sheet by hand, still walk the floor before every doors-open, still treat the last five minutes of setup as the whole job.
How we run a room
Nothing left to chance
Backup generators, spare cables, a second florist on call. If it can fail on the night, we already have the answer parked outside.
Quiet crew, loud room
You should never see us work. The best compliment we get is a host who forgot we were there until it was over.
Waste nothing
Sets get rebuilt, florals get donated, and every event ends with a load-out plan as detailed as the build. Elegance is not excess.
