In 2021, our co-founders spent four months looking for a two-bedroom in Nasr City. They saw listings that did not exist, prices that doubled at the door, and brokers who vanished the moment a question got specific. It was exhausting — and completely normal, which was the worst part.

So we started small: a spreadsheet of homes we had personally seen, shared with friends. It grew into a waitlist, then a team of local scouts, then Nest Hunt — a place where every listing is checked by a human and every price is one honest number.
