Nothing synthetic at the heart
Top notes may be built in the lab, but every heart is a natural oud, rose, or resin. The middle of a scent is where honesty lives.

The House
Oud & Amber began as a single copper still on the Red Sea coast. Three generations later, the still is still lit.
In 1974, Abdullah Al-Amoudi traded oud from a single stall in Jeddah’s old souq, distilling attar at night in a copper still his father had carried up from Hadramout. He never wrote a formula down — he said a nose that needs paper is not yet a nose.
His granddaughter, Reem, composes for the house now. She kept the copper still, the nine-month rule, and the stubbornness — and added just one thing: a ledger, so the archive would not leave with her the way it nearly left with him.

We have turned down deadlines, ministries, and weddings rather than release a scent before it has rested. It has never once been the wrong call.
We do not chase a note because it sells. If the composition does not move Reem, it does not get a bottle.
Every flacon is engraved and returnable. A bottle from 1974 can still be refilled at the same counter it was bought from.
