Qafila started in 2008 with two customs brokers and a shared desk at King Abdulaziz Port. The desk is now a control tower — the discipline never changed.
We began where the cargo actually lands: on the quay, in the customs hall, at the truck gate. That is still where our people spend their day, which is why a Qafila update means something more than a status code copied from a carrier.
Over sixteen years we added air, land and a bonded warehouse, then wired all of it into one system so a client sees the whole journey on a single screen instead of chasing four suppliers.
We stay deliberately mid-sized. Big enough to hold space on every major line out of the Eastern Province, small enough that the person who quoted your shipment is the person who answers when it matters.
