The firm began as a two-lawyer commercial practice above a bookshop on King Fahd Road. Its first clients were family businesses that had grown faster than their contracts — companies that needed counsel fluent in both the Kingdom’s law and the way its markets actually work.
Today eighteen attorneys practice across six areas from the same address. What has not changed is the house rule: no matter leaves the building on the strength of one opinion. Every file is read twice, argued once internally, and only then answered.
