Our School
One villa, twelve children, and a stubborn promise: know every child by name.
Rawafid opened in 2005 with a single class. It grew into a full campus without ever breaking the promise that started it.
In 2005, two teachers rented a villa in Al Rabie and took in twelve children whose parents wanted something warmer than a factory and more serious than a nursery. They promised to know every child by name and to teach in two languages without watering down either.
Nineteen years later Rawafid spans eighteen acres and hundreds of families, yet the rule has not changed: no class exceeds sixteen, every teacher greets every child at the door, and the founders still teach one lesson a week each.

Teachers who stay
Our average teacher has been here nine years. Children are taught by adults who remember their older siblings.
Two languages, no ranking
Arabic is not the “heritage subject” and English is not the “real one”. Both are taught to mastery, both are honoured.
Manners before marks
A brilliant report card earns nothing if the child was unkind to earn it. We say so, plainly, from day one.
