Measure before we promise
No proposal leaves the office without a water and light audit behind it. Guesses are expensive in agriculture.

The company
Sahara AgriTech is agronomists and control engineers in one room, arguing about the same crop from two directions until the numbers agree.
We started in 2018 with one leaking polytunnel behind the university and a stubborn question: how much of what Riyadh eats could Riyadh grow? The first answer was "not much, and not cheaply." So we rebuilt the tunnel, then the model, then the tunnel again.
Seven years later the answer is different. Thirty-eight bays across the Kingdom run on our platform, and the crops they grow travel forty kilometres instead of four thousand. We are not chasing the biggest greenhouse — we are chasing the one that pays for itself and closes its own water loop.

Water, nutrients, heat and data all come back around. Waste is just a loop we have not finished building.
We train your team to run the bay without us. A greenhouse that needs a consultant on call is a greenhouse that failed.
Every dial serves one opinion — the crop’s. If a feature does not raise yield or cut inputs, it does not ship.
