We opened to fix a brokerage experience that was quietly broken.
For years, buying a home in Jeddah meant chasing agents who never called back and prices nobody could explain. Skyline was built to be the opposite of that.
The three founders spent a decade between them in Jeddah property — one selling villas, one valuing them for the banks, one leasing towers on the Corniche. They kept meeting the same frustrated client: someone who could not get a straight answer on what a home was actually worth.
So in 2019 they opened Skyline on one rule: every listing is walked before it is posted, every price is backed by real closings, and every client keeps the same licensed broker from the first viewing to the day the keys change hands. Six years on, that rule still runs the office.
