Summit Training opened in Dubai in 2014 with a single conviction: that a workshop is worthless if nothing changes on Monday. Our founders had spent years inside operations, finance, and HR teams watching expensive training fade before the certificates were framed — so they built a practice around what actually sticks.
A decade on, we have trained more than twelve thousand professionals for a hundred and eighty organisations across the Gulf. Every program is bilingual by design, accredited by name, and followed ninety days later by a report that tells the client the truth — including the parts that did not work.
