Towerpoint was built by people who were tired of leasing space nobody had measured, in buildings nobody was really running.
The firm started in 2014 with a single West Bay tower and a survey team on the payroll — an unusual thing for a leasing agent. The idea was simple: if we measure the building ourselves, we can lease it honestly, and if we run it ourselves, the lease still means something in year five.
Ten years on, Towerpoint measures, leases, fits out, and manages eleven Grade-A towers across Doha. The survey team is now a department, the service charges are published to every tenant, and the occupancy dashboard is the same one the owners see.
