We started in 2019 with one rented bay in Al Sulay and a rule that still runs the floor: every unit is scanned, every movement is logged, and no order ships on a guess. Merchants were drowning in their own stock rooms — packing at midnight, oversold on a marketplace, unsure which returns had actually come back. We took the boxes off their hands and put a number on every one.

Today Wared runs a 9,000-square-metre facility on the Second Industrial City, integrated with the platforms Saudi merchants actually sell on. We are not a courier and not a marketplace — we are the operations layer between your stock and your customer, and we are judged on three things: accuracy, dispatch speed, and a clean reconciliation.
