Our Story
It started with one rescue cat and a very small counter.
Nine years on, we’re still family-run, still on the water, and still measuring every decision the same way: is it good for the animal?
In 2017, Fatima brought home a scruffy Corniche stray she named Simba, then spent a month unable to find treats she trusted anywhere in the city. So she made her own, set up a tiny counter at a weekend market, and sold out by noon. Whisker & Co grew out of that queue.
Today the boutique sits on Al Raha Beach with a grooming room, a boarding suite, and shelves we curate by hand. We still bake treats in-house every morning, we still know most pets by name, and we still turn away products that look pretty but aren’t right for the animal.
