Meet at dawn in Imlil, load the mules, and climb through walnut groves and the shrine at Sidi Chamharouch to the mountain refuge for the night.

A 5 a.m. start on the south cwm, crampons if the snow demands them, and the summit before the clouds build. Down to Imlil by afternoon.
