About PureFlow
We started because someone left our own home flooded.
PureFlow is a Jeddah crew built on one idea: the job is not done until the site is clean, the customer understands the fix, and nothing leaks.
In 2015 our founder Faisal came home to a flooded majlis and a plumber who had already driven off. It took a week and three companies to fix properly. He decided the standard should be simpler: turn up on time, quote before you touch anything, and clean up after yourself.
Ten years on, PureFlow runs a fleet of stocked vans across Jeddah, handling plumbing, water systems and air conditioning under one roof. Same crews, same standard, whether it is a dripping tap or a tower’s chiller line.
