The Firm
It started with one concrete pour and a promise about dates.
Twenty years later the crews are ours, the equipment is ours, and the promise is exactly the same one.
Rafid started in 2004 as a subcontractor pouring foundations for other people’s towers. We were good at the part nobody sees, and we noticed the projects that ran late almost always broke at the hand-off between trades. So we stopped handing off.
Today Rafid self-performs structure, fit-out and civil works with in-house crews, so one team owns the programme from ground-breaking to keys. It costs us more to keep the equipment idle between jobs. It costs our clients a great deal less when the date holds.

How we work
The date is fixed
We plan against a baseline programme and report to it weekly — no surprises in the last month.
Safety first, always
ISO 45001, a dedicated HSE officer on site, and a lost-time record we’re happy to show you.
Snag-free handover
We close the punch list before the walkthrough, and hand over the O&M file with the keys.
