For owners who would rather not plant a sign. We introduce your villa privately to buyers already known to us, arrange viewings on your terms, and keep the transaction off the open market from first word to final signature.
By introduction · commission on completion
A house is rarely bought finished. We hold the architect and the contractor to the drawings, check the invoices against the work, and stand between you and the site so that the summer you move in is the one you were promised.
