A shop built around the weld.
We started with one bay, one crane, and a rule we still hold: nothing ships until the QA engineer signs the weld map. Everything since has been built on that.
ForgeWorks opened in 2004 in Dammam’s Second Industrial City — two founders, a used plate roller, and a stack of pipe-rack drawings nobody else wanted to touch on that timeline. We took the timeline, hit it, and the next job came from the same client. That is still how the yard fills.
Today the shop runs four bays under overhead cranes, a CNC cutting hall, a blast-and-paint line, and a hot-dip galvanizing feed — 18,000 tonnes a year for oil, gas, marine, and power. The plate roller is newer. The rule about the weld map has not moved.
How we hold the line
Every heat traceable
Mill certs, heat numbers, and welder IDs follow each member from the rack to the truck.
On time, or on us
We quote a delivery date and put liquidated damages against it. The schedule is a promise, not a hope.
Weld it once
Coded procedures and 100% visual, with UT and RT where the code calls for it. Rework is failure, not a stage.
