01 · STR

Structural steel

Beams, columns, trusses, and bracing cut, coped, drilled, and fit to erection drawings — S275 and S355 as standard.

Capacity: up to 24 t per member

02 · PLT

Tanks, vessels, hoppers, and chutes rolled and welded from carbon and stainless plate, with weld procedures qualified to ASME IX.

Capacity: plate up to 60 mm

03 · WLD

Coded welders across SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW, backed by qualified WPS/PQR and in-house post-weld heat treatment.

Coverage: 100% visual · UT / RT on call

04 · CNC

CNC plasma and oxy-fuel tables profile plate straight from the nest, with beveling for weld prep in a single pass.

Bed: 3.5 × 12 m · plate to 150 mm (oxy)

05 · COT

Abrasive blast to SA 2.5, three-coat epoxy and polyurethane systems to spec, plus hot-dip galvanizing through a partner line.

06 · INS

Erection crews, mobile cranes, field welding, and survey alignment — we set what we build across the Eastern Province.

Detail & nest
We take the approved drawings to shop details and nest the plate so scrap goes to the skip, not the invoice.

Cut & profile
CNC plasma and oxy tables cut, bevel, and mark every piece with its heat number before it moves.

Fit & weld
Fit-up to the drawings, coded welders to the WPS, and a QA hold point before anything closes out.
04
Blast & coat
Blast to SA 2.5, coat to the paint spec, and verify dry-film thickness before it leaves the booth.
05
Deliver & install
Loaded, dispatched with the document package, and — where it is our scope — erected and aligned on site.
